I'm sending my order to a loved one. Is there a gift option for my purchase? row

All our products automatically come with a gift receipt. There is no pricing on the packing slip. The receipt containing pricing is emailed or texted to you, depending on what communication channel you chose. We are currently not able to include gift messages or gift wrapping, but are working on getting this as an option later this year, due to popular request.

How long does it take to get my Sprigbox with STANDARD OR FREE SHIPPING?

Generally speaking, you should get your Sprigbox in 3-7 days. They ship within 1-3 business days and then shipping takes between 2-5 days. Please check our shipping policy for details.

How long does it take to get my Sprigbox with EXPRESS SHIPPING?

An Express Order usually ships the next business day and we're using 2 day shipping. Therefore, when using Express Shipping you can expect your order to show up in 3-4 business days. Please check our shipping policy for details.

My order contains products that are in stock and that are pre-order items. How are you going to ship my order?

Our standard procedure in this case is to wait until all items in the order are in stock. If you prefer to have the items that are currently available shipped to you right away, please place two separate orders. One containing all in stock items, and one containing all pre-order items.

My package tracking number says delivered, but I haven't received anything yet.
