Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products, but because our grow kits contain living components, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please review our policy carefully before making a return request.
🌱 Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you ordered a product and changed your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✔ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility—you must arrange and pay for shipping.
Important: We do not refund original shipping costs. If a return is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit only.
📩 To initiate a return, contact us at support@getsprigbox.com to receive the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
🔧 Warranty Returns (Damaged or Defective Items Only)
We will gladly accept returns for damaged products or missing components.
What Qualifies for a Warranty Return?
✅ Your order arrived damaged or with missing parts.
✅ You report the issue within 90 days of receipt.
What Does NOT Qualify?
❌ Seed germination issues – We provide high-quality seeds, but we cannot guarantee successful growth due to factors outside of our control (e.g., improper planting conditions).
❌ Normal wear and tear – Items that have been used or altered are not eligible for warranty returns.
Warranty Return Process:
1️⃣ Contact us at support@getsprigbox.com with photos of the issue.
2️⃣ We will review your claim and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Customers must pre-pay return shipping costs, but we will reimburse shipping upon a successful claim.
4️⃣ Once received, we will process your claim within 7 days and offer one of the following:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for a future purchase
- A replacement product (if available)
💳 Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 days of receiving an approved return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1️⃣ Check your bank account – Processing times vary.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company – It may take several days for your refund to be posted.
3️⃣ Contact your bank – Refunds may take time to clear.
4️⃣ If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@getsprigbox.com.
🚚 Return Shipping & Liability
📌 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless it is a warranty claim (in which case, we will reimburse return shipping once the claim is approved).
📌 Shipping fees are non-refundable—if you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
📌 If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
