5. Returns & Refunds

We have a strict return and refund policy:

• Change of Mind Returns:

  • Accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

• Warranty Returns:

  • Accepted within 90 days for damaged or missing components.
  • Does NOT include issues related to seed germination.
  • If approved, you may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.
