Shipping Policy

General Availability of Our Products

All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, discrepancies may occur.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately and contact you regarding your preference for:
    • Awaiting restock of the back-ordered item.
    • Selecting a replacement item.
    • Receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
  • If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will automatically issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order value.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the U.S.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $50 are subject to a shipping charge, calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and the final cost at checkout will supersede any previously displayed estimates.

Fulfillment & Dispatch Time

Standard & Free Shipping

  • Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 business days of payment.
  • We operate Monday - Friday (excluding national holidays).
  • Delays due to holidays or high demand will be minimized as much as possible.

Express Shipping

  • Express orders are typically fulfilled the next business day after payment.
  • Shipping method: We select the best available option, typically USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air, depending on your location.

Delivery Terms

Transit Times

  • Standard & Free Shipping: 2-5 business days in transit.
  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2 business days from dispatch.

Change of Delivery Address

  • Address changes can be made before fulfillment.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot modify the address.
  • If the provided address was incorrect, the customer assumes full responsibility for:
    • Undeliverable packages.
    • Additional shipping costs for reshipment.

P.O. Box & Military Address Shipping

  • P.O. Boxes: Orders will be shipped via USPS (subject to postal service availability).
  • Military Addresses: We ship to military addresses using USPS only; courier services are unavailable for these addresses.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is unavailable at the time of shipment:

  • In-stock items will be dispatched immediately.
  • The remaining items will be shipped when restocked.
  • If no response is received within 3 business days, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

Delivery Delays

If your package has exceeded the expected delivery time, contact us. While delays are outside of our control, we will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Customers receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch.
  • If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, please check:
    • Nearby areas or with neighbors.
    • Any delivery notifications (e.g., attempted delivery, held at post office).
    • The carrier’s tracking updates.

If the package is still missing, notify us within 3 business days and visit our Tracking & Delivered Issue page for next steps. In some cases, we may require a signed affidavit before issuing a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages & Claims

If a package arrives damaged:

  • Before rejecting the delivery, take photos of the package and its contents.
  • If you were not present for delivery, take photos before opening and contact us immediately.

Lost Packages:

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement after the courier has completed an investigation.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is included in the final price displayed on the Website at checkout.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before fulfillment by contacting us.
  • If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Insurance Coverage

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value.

  • Damaged in Transit: Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier's investigation.
  • Lost in Transit: Refunds or replacements will be processed after confirmation from the courier that the package is lost.
