Tracking Shows "Delivered," But Package Not Received?
As soon as your package is marked "delivered" by the shipping courier, you will receive an automatic email notification from Sprigbox.
However, sometimes a package is prematurely marked as delivered while still in transit. If you’ve received a delivery notice but can’t find your package, follow the steps below.
📦 Step 1: Check These First
Most missing packages are found by taking the following steps:
✅ Wait 24 hours – Packages are sometimes scanned as delivered too early and arrive the next day.
✅ Check all possible delivery locations – Look in mailboxes, porches, garage areas, or any other usual drop-off spots.
✅ Ask household members – Someone in your home may have received the package without notifying you.
✅ Check with neighbors – Mistaken deliveries happen, and a neighbor may be holding your package.
✅ Ask your mail carrier – If possible, speak with your postal worker or check with your local USPS office for details.
✅ Verify with the recipient – If you sent the package as a gift, confirm they received it.
📞 Step 2: Contact the Shipping Carrier
If the package still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, here’s what you should do based on your shipping carrier:
USPS
🚛 GPS Scans Can Be Premature – Sometimes USPS vans automatically update a package as delivered before it actually arrives. Wait one more business day.
📍 Call Your Local USPS Office – Not the general hotline. Your local post office can tell you who delivered the package and where it was placed.
📝 File a USPS Claim – If your package is missing after these steps, file a claim at the USPS Claims Page. Priority Mail includes insurance, and USPS is responsible for misdelivered or stolen property.
⚠️ Important Note: Sprigbox cannot reimburse orders misdelivered by USPS or stolen after delivery. Please work with USPS directly for resolution.

⏳ Wait one additional business day – Packages may be marked as delivered while still in transit.
📞 Contact UPS Customer Support – Call 1-800-742-5877 for assistance if the package remains missing.
