  • Chimichurri Recipe

    Ingredients for Chimichurri:

    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves and steams,packed

    1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, packed

    1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed

    2 garlic cloves, peeled

    2 green onions, roughly chopped

    4 tablespoon olive oil

    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

    Salt & Pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Pulse the cilantro, basil, mint, garlic, ginger and green onions in food processor until coarsely chopped, pushing sides down as needed.

    2. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper and continue to pulse until finely chopped and well combined.

    3. Serve with grilled meat, tacos, vegetables or any dish that needs a fresh pop of flavor. Enjoy!

  • Salsa Recipe

    Ingredients for Salsa:

    15 cherry tomatoes

    1/2 onion, finely diced

    1 chili (remove seeds if you want less spice)

    3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

    1/2 lime, juiced

    1 garlic clove, peeled

    Salt to taste

    Directions:

    Place tomatoes, onion, chili, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a blender or food processor. Pulse on low until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!

    Time needed: 15 minutes

  • Infused Simple Recipe

    Ingredients for Infused Simple Syrup:

    1 cup of sugar

    1 cup of water

    Pick on of the following 3 to infuse:

    3 sprigs of rosemary

    2 tablespoons lavender buds

    1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves, packed

    Directions:

    1. Combine the water, sugar, and infusion material of your choice in a small saucepan.

    2. Place over medium heat & bring the mixture to a simmer. Lower the heat a bit and keep cooking, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes. Make sure the sugar has dissolved completely and syrup starts to thicken.

    3. Let cool until safe to handle. Strain the mixture through sieve to remove leftover infusion materials. Pour into an air tight container for storage.

    4.Use in your favorite cocktails to give them a new twist.
