What can be customized?

  • Custom engraving on one side of the wooden planter (area 2.5" x 2.5")
  • The packaging sleeve can be customized. Please contact us at support@getsprigbox.com mentioning "CUSTOM ORDER" in the subject line for fastest response.

How much does customization cost?

  • Customization is free for orders over $300
  • There's a $100 customization fee for all orders under $300

What if I can't customize the way I want using the website?

  • If you're in a rush and need products ASAP, then check out and pay with the following information. Entering your message in the notes field and/or send us an email at support@getsprigbox.com with "Custom Notes - Order # xyz" as the subject line and your detailed requests in the email body. Please replace "xyz" with your actual order number. 
  • Otherwise, please contact us at support@getsprigbox.com or use our contact form mentioning "CUSTOM ORDER" in the subject line for fastest response.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

  • Custom orders are usually delivered 1 - 2 weeks after they have been received.
  • Please contact us before placing a custom order if you are not able to wait for at least 1 week.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

  • Please contact us for orders over 250 pieces to request a quote for special pricing.

  • The full booklet can be customized. Standard size is a 4" x 4" square. Alternatively you can also create an A6 card. For other sizes please contact us.
  • The design on the wooden seed stake is fully customizable.
